How to buy call credits ?
You can reload your mobile world SIM card with e-vouchers available everywhere in Belgium.

There are 3 kinds of reloads : 5, 10 and 25 €. You just have to send a free SMS to the 1966 with the message : LOAD pincode (Example : LOAD 123456789987543) or call the 1966 and follow the instructions.

You can also check your account abroad by calling the 0032 486 19 19 66.

Where can you buy the reloads?
There are 3 ways of adding money to your account.

Online, on our website:
This service enables you to reload your SIM card or someone else’s card (friend/family) when you wish by using your credit card or flowcard. Reload on line

At The Phone House :
Go to one of the stores and reload it by cash, by debit or credit card. You’ll receive an invoice with a pincode in order to reload your SIM card.

Your phone number will be deactivated if you do not make or receive any call during 90 following days. You can reactivate your number by emailing our customer service centre.
