How can I activate my Mobile World SIM card ?
Your card will be active when you buy it. But if you want to keep your current phone number, drop by a "The Phone House" store and fill the portability request and your card will be active within 5 working days.

How can I add some credit to my SIM card ?
You can reload your mobile world SIM card with e-vouchers available everywhere in Belgium. There are 3 kind of reloads : 5, 10 and 25 €.

You’ll have to call the 1966 and follow the instructions or send a free SMS to 1966 with message  : LOAD <space> pincode (Example : LOAD 123456789987543)

Where can I buy the reloads?

This service enables you to reload your SIM card or someone else’s card (friend/family) when you wish by using your credit card or flowcard. You can reload instantaneously or plan recurring refills. Reload on line

At The Phone House :
Go to one of the stores and reload it by cash, by debit or credit card. You’ll receive an invoice with a pincode in order to reload your SIM card.

How can I know which credit is left on my SIM card ?
You can either call the 1966 and follow the instructions or send a free SMS with message “BAL” to 1966. you’ll receive a free SMS back with the available credit on your SIM card.

Can I use Mobile World abroad ?
Yes, but you will have to pay extra fees for using roaming services (roaming tariffs). The amount for roaming services is linked to the operator abroad and therefore isn’t standard.

How do I have to pay ?
This is a prepaid service
You’ll have to add credits on your SIM card if you want to use the Mobile World service. It’s not possible to pay for the service with your bank account.
